Terms of Service

Effective July 20, 2026. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Celaya Tattoos LLC ("MLC Masterclass," "we," "us," "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing the course, using the website, or subscribing to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use MLC Masterclass. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The service

MLC Masterclass provides a pre‑recorded online course on black & grey realism tattooing, accompanying reference materials, live seminars when scheduled, and related communications. Course content, lesson titles, pricing, and availability may change over time.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share your account or allow others to use it; each purchase grants one individual a personal license to view the content.

5. Payment, subscriptions, refunds

Pricing is shown at checkout and is charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe.
One‑time purchases grant lifetime access to the purchased curriculum for the account that purchased it.
Split‑pay plans: as of July 20, 2026 we no longer offer new split‑pay plans; all new purchases are one‑time payments. Any split‑pay plan started before that date remains valid and is honored on its original terms — your card is charged on the stated schedule until the total is paid or the plan is canceled. A failed payment may suspend access until resolved.
Cancellation: you may cancel an active split‑pay plan at any time by emailing mitch@mlctattoosmasterclass.com. Cancellation stops all future scheduled charges. Amounts already paid are non‑refundable except as described in the refund policy below, and course access ends upon cancellation unless the total purchase price has been paid.
Refund policy: if you are not satisfied, email us at mitch@mlctattoosmasterclass.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Requests after 14 days are at our discretion. Refunds for split‑pay plans are prorated against content accessed.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.

6. Intellectual property and license

All course videos, reference files, illustrations, written material, designs, and branding are owned by Celaya Tattoos LLC or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to stream the course content for personal, non‑commercial learning use only. You may not:

Download, record, screen‑capture, re‑broadcast, or redistribute course videos in any form.
Share your account credentials or your access with any other person.
Resell, sublicense, or host the materials on another platform.
Use the content to train any machine‑learning model.
Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or attributions.

Violations terminate your license immediately and may result in civil liability.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others; to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; to attempt to circumvent access controls; or to interfere with the operation of the site or the experience of other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. SMS program terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt‑in box at any MLC Masterclass signup form, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages from MLC Masterclass. You understand and agree that:

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
Message frequency varies — typically under four marketing messages per month plus any transactional messages related to your account or purchases.
Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
You can stop receiving SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. A one‑time confirmation will be sent. You can request help by replying HELP.
Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Metro by T‑Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We and our SMS delivery vendor use commercially reasonable measures to protect your phone number; nonetheless no transmission method is 100% secure.

9. Email communications

Transactional emails (purchase confirmation, password reset, account activation) are sent regardless of marketing preferences because they are necessary to provide the service you purchased. Marketing emails are sent only to contacts who have affirmatively opted in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link honored within 10 business days (usually immediately).

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error‑free. We make no guarantee that the course will produce any specific tattooing skill outcome; results depend on your practice and aptitude.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celaya Tattoos LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Celaya Tattoos LLC harmless from any third‑party claim arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third‑party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any material breach of these Terms. On termination for breach, your license to access course content ends immediately and refunds are not due. You may close your account at any time by emailing mitch@mlctattoosmasterclass.com; deletion is subject to our legal retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
